Return Eligibility for Legal Purchases:
For purchases made by individuals of legal age, returns or exchanges of age-restricted items such as knives are subject to the following conditions:
- Unused and Unopened: The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and unopened. Any signs of use or tampering will void the return eligibility.
- Within Return Period: The return or exchange must be requested within the designated return period of 10 days, as specified in our general return policy.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must accompany the return or exchange request.
Quality Assurance:
We take immense pride in the quality of our sod products. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the sod you receive, please reach out to us immediately upon delivery or pickup. We are committed to addressing any concerns promptly and may offer a refund, replacement, or credit towards future purchases.
Order Modification or Cancellation:
Should you need to modify or cancel your sod order, please notify us as soon as possible. Orders modified or canceled before the scheduled delivery or pickup date may be eligible for a full refund. However, if the sod has been harvested or prepared for delivery, a cancellation fee may apply to cover incurred expenses.
Returns for Unused Sod:
Sod that has left the property will not be excepted for return. Sod that has been purchased and is still on the property may be eligible for a full refund if it can be resold at full retail.
Damaged or Defective Sod:
In the unlikely event that your sod arrives damaged or is discovered to be defective upon delivery, please inform us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. For resolution, we may request photographic evidence or an inspection of the sod.
Refund Process:
To initiate a refund request, kindly contact our customer service team at 801-562-9090. Please provide your order details and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and guide you through the refund process.
Exceptions:
Our refund policy may not cover certain circumstances, such as damage resulting from improper handling or installation of the sod. Additionally, refunds are subject to review and approval by management on a case-by-case basis.
